Dr. Wayne Terrence Balfour is an adjunct professor at Pillar College and has worked professionally in the social service sector for almost 25 years in various capacities. He has 15 years of experience as a government employee and currently works as a Health Economics Researcher for the State of New Jersey Department of Human Services. Dr. Balfour also serves as one of the assistant pastors at the Princeton Deliverance Center church in Trenton, NJ.
Dr. Balfour received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in General Management from Thomas Edison State University, Trenton, NJ. He then earned a Master of Administrative Science with a Concentration in Non-profit and Government Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, NJ. Reverend Balfour also completed a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance from Delaware State University. In 2020, he received a Doctorate in Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting from Liberty University; his dissertation examined fraud in religious not-for-profit management.
