‍Bio: Founder and Executive Director of Spirit of Excellence–Leadership Guidance, Inc., 501(c)(3), a non-profit organization for adolescent girls and women. Selina is passionate about empowering others to be their true authentic self. She exhibits this passion through mentoring, creative development workshops, and seminars. One of her goals in life is to enrich, enhance and empower adolescent girls and women through wholesome life-altering educational seminars, workshops, conferences, and educational programs.

‍What does Pillar College mean to you? Pillar College means new beginnings both professionally and spiritually.Pillar College has changed my life! It was through the Organizational Leadership degree program that I developed the skills to create and start Spirit of Excellence – Leadership Guidance, Inc., and 501(c)(3) for Adolescent Girls and Women. The LEAD Cohort enabled me to develop leadership skills both professional and for ministry roles and responsibilities.I selected Pillar College because of its small intimate college atmosphere. Pillar College enabled me to obtain a quality college degree rooted in my Christian faith and values.   The administration and faculty is concerned with the total well-being for its students.
