Clinton Parker, III., PhD

Dr. Parker serves as Dean and Assistant Professor of Leadership and Business for Graduate and Undergraduate Programs at Pillar College in Newark, NJ. He is also the Sr. Pastor of the Calvary Baptist Church, Plainfield, NJ, Director of Christian Education for the North Jersey District Missionary Baptist Association, and President & C.E.O. of LeaderLift Leadership Solutions and FIRE Online Bible-Teaching Ministry.

Dr. Parker completed four years of active duty in the United States Navy with an Honorable Discharge. He holds a B.S. in Bible/Christian Leadership from Cairn University, an M.S. in Management from Saint Elizabeth University, an M.H.A. in Health Administration from Seton Hall University, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University.

Dr. Parker is passionate about spiritual growth and development, church impact in the community, equity in education, social justice, healthcare disparities, helping the less fortunate, and empowering minorities. His interests are golf, sports, and lifelong learning. He is a die-hard New York Jets Fan.

Dr. Parker loves to spend time with his family and is happily married to Tressiliane, the love of his life for 30 years. He is the proud father of four children: Shaniqua, Caleb, Isaiah, and Stevie.

His life Scripture is Ephesians 3:20-21: “Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever! Amen.”
